My Mission
My typical training day
5:00am - Wake up have a protein shake and do some abs
5:30am - Go to the gym for 40-50 min cardio
6:30am - Eat Breakfast
7:00am - Start work
9:00am - Eat my morning meal
12:00pm - Eat Lunch
3:00pm - Eat my afternoon meal
4:30pm - Hit the gym for my afternoon weightlifting session
7:00pm - Eat Dinner
10:00pm - Have a protein shake and go to bed.
...Then get up and do it all over again
